York Symphony Orchestra - Beethovens and Dracula

The York Symphony Orchestra presents a program blending classical tradition with a dramatic theme. This evening, titled "Beethovens and Dracula," features a selection of Beethoven's works alongside a performance of Philip Glass's score for the 1931 film Dracula. It's a chance to hear a live orchestra interpret both a cornerstone of the classical repertoire and a more contemporary, atmospheric film score. This performance takes place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at the Appell Center for the Performing Arts - Capitol Theatre in York, PA. The Capitol Theatre offers a classic concert hall experience, suitable for those who appreciate orchestral music and a unique take on a cinematic classic.
