    About Wicked at Gershwin Theatre

Wicked is playing a Wednesday matinee at the Gershwin Theatre. This long-running musical, based on Gregory Maguire's novel, offers a different perspective on the Land of Oz. It explores the untold stories of its witches, focusing on themes of friendship and challenging preconceptions. This afternoon performance on November 25, 2026, is a chance to see the show during the week in New York. The Gershwin Theatre is a large Broadway house, well-suited for a production of this scale. It's a good option for those interested in popular musical theater.
