Wednesday Jazz Jam - Gordon Vernick Quartet

The Wednesday Jazz Jam at Red Light Cafe features the Gordon Vernick Quartet this week. Vernick, a trumpeter and educator, is a fixture in the Atlanta jazz scene, known for his straight-ahead approach and engaging improvisations. This particular Wednesday night offers a chance to hear his group lead the jam, often a good blend of established talent and up-and-coming musicians. This weekly jazz series takes place on Wednesday, December 16, 2026, at Red Light Cafe in Atlanta. The venue has a relaxed, intimate atmosphere, well-suited for live jazz. It's a good night for those who appreciate classic and contemporary jazz, or anyone looking to hear some improvised music in a casual setting.
