About The Play That Goes Wrong at Tempe Center for the Arts

The Play That Goes Wrong is a long-running, award-winning comedy that delivers exactly what its title promises: a theatrical disaster. This production is a masterclass in physical comedy and slapstick, following a fictional amateur drama society attempting to stage a 1920s murder mystery that quickly spirals into hilarious chaos. Expect perfectly timed mishaps, collapsing sets, and an increasingly desperate cast trying to hold it all together. This Wednesday matinee on March 10, 2027, brings the acclaimed show to the Tempe Center for the Arts in Tempe, AZ. It's a great pick for anyone who appreciates British humor, farcical plots, or just a good laugh at things going spectacularly wrong on stage. The Center's intimate setting should offer a good view of all the orchestrated mayhem.
