About The Play That Goes Wrong at Kansas City Repertory Theatre - Spencer Theatre

The Play That Goes Wrong is a comedic stage production from Mischief Theatre. It centers on the Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society's ill-fated attempt to stage a 1920s murder mystery. Expect a lot of physical comedy, slapstick, and intentionally botched cues as the production unravels in hilarious fashion. This matinee performance of The Play That Goes Wrong takes place on Saturday, May 22, 2027, at the Spencer Theatre in Kansas City. The venue provides a traditional proscenium stage setting, suitable for this type of theatrical farce. It's a good pick for anyone who enjoys farcical humor and plays with a meta-theatrical bent.
