The Longest Johns

The Longest Johns are playing a Grand Rapids show, bringing their brand of sea shanty revival to The Intersection. They've gained a lot of traction recently, especially with their connection to the TikTok shanty craze, and this concert is a chance to hear their harmonies live. Expect a mix of traditional tunes and some of their original compositions. This The Longest Johns concert is set for Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 8:00 PM at The Intersection - Elevation in Grand Rapids, MI. The Elevation room is a standing-room-only space, which typically suits this kind of energetic vocal performance. Fans of folk music, traditional maritime songs, and group singing will likely find this a worthwhile evening.
