    About

The Karate Kid - The Musical brings the beloved 80s film to the stage, adapting the story of Daniel LaRusso, Mr. Miyagi, and the All-Valley Karate Tournament. This production features new songs and choreography, translating the movie's underdog spirit and coming-of-age themes into a theatrical format. It's an opportunity to see how a classic film narrative is reinterpreted for live performance. This matinee showing of The Karate Kid - The Musical is on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at the Princess of Wales Theatre in Toronto. The venue is known for staging large-scale theatrical productions, offering a traditional Broadway-style experience. This event should appeal to fans of the original movie, as well as those interested in contemporary musical theater.
