The Adventures of Tom Sawyer

Barter Theatre presents The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, a stage adaptation of Mark Twain's classic American novel. This production brings the familiar story of Tom, Huck, and Becky Thatcher to life, focusing on their escapades and the challenges they face growing up along the Mississippi River. It’s a chance to see a well-loved tale interpreted for the stage. This morning performance on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, takes place at the Barter Theatre's Smith Theatre in Abingdon, VA.
