    About

Sweeney Todd In Concert at Shea's 710 Theatre brings Stephen Sondheim's dark musical to Buffalo in a stripped-down format. This production highlights the score and narrative without the full theatrical staging, offering a focused look at the classic tale of the demon barber of Fleet Street. It's a chance to hear the intricate music and lyrics of Sweeney Todd in a more intimate setting. The performance on Friday, November 6, 2026, starts at 7:30 PM at the Shea's 710 Theatre. This venue often hosts a range of theatrical and musical events, and a concert presentation of a musical like Sweeney Todd can be a good fit for those who appreciate the score and storytelling of Broadway, but prefer a more direct musical experience.
