Shumkas Nutcracker

Shumkas Nutcracker blends classical ballet with Ukrainian folk dance, offering a distinct take on the holiday classic. This production incorporates original choreography and traditional Ukrainian carols, setting it apart from other Nutcracker presentations. It’s a performance that highlights both the familiar story and a specific cultural heritage. This special matinee performance of Shumkas Nutcracker is on Saturday, December 19, 2026, at the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium in Edmonton.
