Shen Yun Performing Arts

Shen Yun Performing Arts brings its distinctive blend of classical Chinese dance and music to Raleigh. This production features a collection of short pieces, each telling a story or depicting a cultural scene through highly technical dance forms, vibrant costumes, and animated backdrops. The live orchestra, which combines traditional Chinese instruments with a Western symphony, is a key part of their unique sound. This matinee performance on Saturday, January 23, 2027, takes place at the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts - Memorial Auditorium. It's a seated theater experience, generally appealing to those interested in cultural performances, classical dance, and traditional music.
