    About

The San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus brings their annual Holiday Spectacular to the Castro Theatre. This performance is a cornerstone of the city's holiday season, featuring traditional carols, contemporary arrangements, and often a few surprises from one of the world's first openly gay choruses. It's a chance to hear a large, powerful vocal ensemble perform a festive program. This special Christmas Eve show on Thursday, December 24, 2026, takes place at the historic Castro Theatre in San Francisco. The grand setting of the Castro, known for its ornate interior and vibrant atmosphere, suits the scale of a choral performance like this. It's a popular event for those looking for a festive and community-focused way to celebrate the holidays.
