Pumpkins After Dark

Pumpkins After Dark is an immersive Halloween-themed event focusing on elaborate, hand-carved pumpkin displays. This isn't a traditional theater performance with actors, but rather a large-scale artistic installation where thousands of lit pumpkins create captivating scenes and characters. It's a unique seasonal experience that brings intricate artistry to life under the night sky, often with a spooky or whimsical narrative told through light and sculpture. This particular showing on Saturday, October 24, 2026, takes place at the Markham Museum, an outdoor venue in Markham, ON. The late-night timing suggests a focus on the illuminated aspects of the displays, making it an ideal outing for families, art enthusiasts, or anyone looking for a distinctive way to celebrate the Halloween season.
