Professional Stage Reading - Trouble In Mind

This professional stage reading of Trouble In Mind offers a focused look at Alice Childress's acclaimed play. It's an opportunity to hear the text performed by actors, allowing the story and dialogue to take center stage without the full production elements. This play addresses themes of race and representation in the American theater, and this format allows for a direct engagement with its narrative. The reading is on Friday, April 16, 2027, at the Spokane Civic Theatre's Margot & Robert Ogden Main Stage in Spokane, WA. Stage readings often create an intimate atmosphere, suitable for those who appreciate dramatic literature and a deeper understanding of a play's construction.
