Oh, Mary!

Oh, Mary! is a new play offering a darkly comedic take on Abraham Lincoln’s queer identity and inner life. Written by Cole Escola, known for their distinctive sketch comedy and sharp wit, the show explores themes of ambition, loneliness, and historical revisionism through the lens of a lesser-known chapter of American history. This performance on Sunday, December 27, 2026, at the Emerson Colonial Theatre in Boston, presents an opportunity to see a contemporary work that challenges traditional narratives. It's a show likely to appeal to those interested in avant-garde theater, historical reinterpretations, and character-driven comedy.
