North Carolina Chinese Lantern Festival

The North Carolina Chinese Lantern Festival at Koka Booth Amphitheatre offers a display of traditional Chinese lantern art. This annual event transforms the venue into a walk-through exhibit with hundreds of handcrafted lanterns, often featuring themes from nature, mythology, and contemporary culture. It's a chance to see large-scale illuminated sculptures in an outdoor setting. This showing on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, provides an opportunity to experience the festival in Cary, NC. The amphitheater grounds are set up for a leisurely stroll through the illuminated displays, which can appeal to families, art enthusiasts, and anyone looking for a visually engaging evening outdoors.
