    About

Insomnium and Amorphis are bringing their distinct styles of melodic metal to Reading. Insomnium’s sound blends melodic death metal with melancholic, atmospheric elements, often drawing from Nordic folklore. Amorphis, a long-running Finnish act, has evolved from death-doom into a more progressive and folk-influenced metal, known for their expansive soundscapes and powerful vocals. This co-headline bill offers a strong pairing for fans of European metal. This show takes place on Friday, December 18, 2026, at The Reverb in Reading, PA. The Reverb is a dedicated live music venue known for its intimate but energetic concert experience, making it a good spot to catch bands like these. It's a solid night out for anyone into the heavier, more melodic side of metal.
