Insomnium and Amorphis

Finnish metal mainstays Insomnium and Amorphis are bringing their co-headlining tour to Montreal. Insomnium will deliver their signature melodic death metal, known for its melancholic atmosphere and intricate songwriting. Amorphis, a pioneering force in progressive and melodic death metal, will showcase their expansive sound, drawing from their deep catalog of distinctive folk-infused tracks and more recent anthems. This is a chance to see two influential bands in the European metal scene share a stage. The Insomnium and Amorphis show takes place on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at the Beanfield Theatre in Montreal. Expect a high-energy evening in a theater setting, which typically offers good sightlines and sound. This concert should appeal to fans of melodic death metal, progressive metal, and those who appreciate the heavier side of European rock.
