Ian Sweet

Ian Sweet, the project of Jillian Medford, is playing Baba Yaga. Known for their blend of alternative rock with more intimate, sometimes vulnerable, songwriting, this show follows their recent work which has seen a shift towards a more polished, yet still emotionally resonant, sound. They tend to deliver a dynamic set, moving between energetic guitar-driven moments and more reflective sections. This Tuesday night concert at Baba Yaga in Seattle offers a chance to see Ian Sweet in a club setting. The venue usually has a good atmosphere for this kind of indie-leaning alternative music, appealing to those who appreciate thoughtful lyrics alongside a strong musical performance.
