Holiday Lights at the Beach

Holiday Lights at the Beach offers a unique drive-through experience along the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. This annual tradition transforms the boardwalk and beach into a festive display of over 200 illuminated structures, including nautical themes and animated scenes. It's a relaxed way to take in the holiday spirit, distinct from a traditional stage performance or concert. Catch the Holiday Lights at the Beach on Wednesday, December 30, 2026, in Virginia Beach. The event is set up as a scenic route along the oceanfront, designed for viewing from your car. This kind of event typically appeals to families, couples, or anyone looking for a low-key, visually engaging holiday outing.
