Gutenberg The Musical

Gutenberg The Musical is a clever, two-man comedy that parodies the over-the-top earnestness of Broadway. Expect an energetic, fast-paced show where two aspiring playwrights present their very bad, historically inaccurate musical about Johannes Gutenberg, playing all the roles themselves. It's a meta-theatrical romp that leans into satire and broad humor, making it a favorite among theater fans who appreciate a good laugh and a wink at musical conventions. This matinee performance on Sunday, November 15, 2026, at the historic Palace Theatre in Marion, OH, offers a chance to see a unique theatrical experience. The Palace Theatre's classic setting provides a fitting backdrop for a show that both celebrates and gently pokes fun at the art of musical theater. It's a good fit for anyone looking for an entertaining and lighthearted afternoon at the theater.
