Friendship and Charlotte Cornfield

Friendship and Charlotte Cornfield share a bill for an evening of introspective songwriting. Philadelphia's own Friendship brings their unique blend of alternative rock, known for its understated arrangements and poignant lyrics. They're joined by Canadian singer-songwriter Charlotte Cornfield, whose work moves between country and folk, characterized by sharp observations and melodic depth. This double-header offers a chance to see two distinct but complementary voices in contemporary indie music. The show takes place on Tuesday, December 8, at the First Unitarian Church of Philadelphia. This venue is known for its intimate setting, providing a focused listening experience well-suited for artists who prioritize lyrical nuance and instrumental texture. Fans of thoughtful indie rock, folk storytelling, and Americana will likely find a lot to appreciate here.
