Florida Orchestra - Ginasteras Harp Concerto

The Florida Orchestra presents Ginastera's Harp Concerto, a program featuring the work of Argentine composer Alberto Ginastera. The concerto is known for its blend of traditional South American rhythms with modernist classical structures, offering a dynamic and often percussive experience for the harp. This concert highlights a piece not frequently performed, making it a good opportunity for those interested in a less common orchestral work. This performance takes place on Sunday, November 8, 2026, at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, FL. The venue offers a comfortable setting for classical music, generally attracting an audience that appreciates orchestral depth and nuanced compositions. It's a matinee performance, suitable for an afternoon out.
