Eureka Day

Winchester Little Theatre Inc. presents Eureka Day, Jonathan Spector's acclaimed comedy about a progressive elementary school's community meeting gone hilariously awry. The play explores themes of community, differing beliefs, and the challenges of consensus in a sharply written, satirical style that earned it an Obie Award. It's a smart, relevant piece of contemporary theater. This production of Eureka Day takes place at Winchester Little Theatre Inc. in Winchester, VA, on Friday, January 22, 2027. The intimate setting of a community theater is well-suited for a character-driven play like this, offering a close-up look at the ensemble cast's performances. It will appeal to anyone who enjoys modern social commentary and witty dialogue.
