Electric Safari

Electric Safari at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is an annual holiday light event where the zoo grounds transform with thousands of twinkling lights and festive displays. It's an opportunity to see the zoo's animal residents in a different setting, often with specific areas or enclosures highlighted by the installations. This particular event combines the unique atmosphere of a zoo after dark with a seasonal light show. This special evening takes place on Saturday, December 19, 2026, at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs, CO. It's a family-friendly affair and a good fit for anyone looking for a relaxed, visually engaging holiday experience outdoors, offering a blend of wildlife observation and festive ambiance.
