Ecstatic Listening Soundbath - Living Meditation Project

The Ecstatic Listening Soundbath offers a specific take on sound meditation, focusing on deep listening as a form of active engagement rather than passive relaxation. This isn't just background music; it's designed to guide participants through a structured auditory experience, which aligns with the Living Meditation Project's goals of mindful presence. This particular soundbath takes place on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 7:30 PM, within the unique setting of the Philosophical Research Society in Los Angeles. The venue itself lends a contemplative atmosphere to the event, suitable for those interested in New Age practices, guided meditation, or simply exploring alternative approaches to wellness and focus through sound.
