Drunk Shakespeare - A Drunk Christmas Carol

Drunk Shakespeare presents A Drunk Christmas Carol, a festive and irreverent take on the classic holiday story. Known for their spontaneous and often chaotic interpretations of Shakespeare's works, this special holiday run sees one professional actor downing five shots of whiskey before attempting to perform Scrooge's tale. Expect a lively, unpredictable evening where the script is a suggestion and anything can happen. This unique theatrical experience takes place on Sunday, December 6, 2026, at The Ruby Theatre in New York, NY. The intimate setting of The Ruby Theatre is well-suited for this interactive and often uproarious style of performance, appealing to those who enjoy improv, comedy, and a fresh, boozy spin on traditional theater.
