About Drunk Shakespeare - A Drunk Christmas Carol at The Ruby Theatre

Drunk Shakespeare presents a special holiday run with A Drunk Christmas Carol. This adaptation takes the classic Dickens tale and infuses it with the troupe's signature style: one actor has five shots of whiskey before attempting to perform the lead role. Expect a chaotic, interactive, and genuinely funny take on Scrooge and the spirits, where anything can happen. This performance is scheduled for Saturday, November 28, 2026, at The Ruby Theatre in New York, NY. The Ruby Theatre is known for its intimate setting, which suits the interactive nature of Drunk Shakespeare's shows. It's a good fit for anyone looking for a unique, irreverent twist on traditional holiday theater.
