Drunk Shakespeare - A Drunk Christmas Carol

Get ready for a unique take on a holiday classic with Drunk Shakespeare's A Drunk Christmas Carol. This isn't your typical solemn interpretation; one professional actor has five shots of whiskey and then attempts to perform a Shakespearean play, with the rest of the cast trying to keep the story on track. It's a spontaneous, interactive, and often chaotic reimagining of Dickens' tale. This special holiday run of A Drunk Christmas Carol plays at The Ruby Theatre in New York, NY, on Friday, November 20, 2026. Expect an intimate, cabaret-style setting where audience participation is encouraged. It's a good fit for anyone looking for a lively, unconventional night out and a fresh perspective on a familiar story.
