About Drunk Shakespeare - A Drunk Christmas Carol at The Ruby Theatre

Drunk Shakespeare brings its unique, boozy take on classic literature to the stage with "A Drunk Christmas Carol." Known for their unscripted, often chaotic performances where one actor drinks five shots of whiskey before attempting to perform, this show promises a holiday classic reimagined with plenty of improvisation and laughs. Expect a lively, unpredictable night as the cast navigates Dickens' tale under the influence. This special holiday run plays at The Ruby Theatre in New York, NY, on Wednesday, November 18, 2026. The intimate theater setting is perfect for this interactive and often raucous style of performance, appealing to anyone who enjoys comedy, immersive theater, or a fresh, irreverent spin on traditional stories.
