Drunk Shakespeare - A Drunk Christmas Carol

Drunk Shakespeare brings their popular, boozy take on classic theater to the holiday season with "A Drunk Christmas Carol". One actor downs multiple shots before attempting to lead the play, resulting in an unpredictable and often hilarious performance. Expect a lot of audience interaction and spontaneous detours from Dickens' original tale, all in good fun. This special holiday run plays at the Sage Theatre in Washington, DC, on Tuesday, December 29, 2026. The intimate setting at Sage Theatre is well-suited for this interactive style of comedy, where the line between performer and audience often blurs. It's a solid choice for anyone looking for a lively night out with a theatrical bent, especially those who appreciate improv and a good laugh.
