Drunk Shakespeare - A Drunk Christmas Carol

Drunk Shakespeare brings their signature improvisational, alcohol-fueled take on classic literature to Washington, DC, this December with A Drunk Christmas Carol. Expect a boisterous and unpredictable evening as a professional actor downs five shots of whiskey and attempts to perform Dickens' holiday classic, while the sober cast tries to keep the show on track. It's a unique blend of comedy, theater, and high-wire performance. This special holiday-themed production runs at Sage Theatre on Saturday, December 5, at 9:00 PM. The intimate setting of Sage Theatre is perfect for this interactive and often chaotic show, where audience participation is part of the fun. This event appeals to anyone looking for a lively, unconventional night out, especially fans of improv comedy and classic theater with a twist.
