Drunk Shakespeare - A Drunk Christmas Carol

Drunk Shakespeare brings their unique brand of live, interactive theater to Washington DC with "A Drunk Christmas Carol." This performance features five classically trained actors, one of whom downs five shots of whiskey before attempting to perform a Christmas classic. It's a comedic, often unpredictable take on Dickens, blending highbrow text with lowbrow antics. This afternoon show on Saturday, November 28, 2026, takes place at the Sage Theatre. Expect a lively, intimate atmosphere, characteristic of the Drunk Shakespeare experience, which generally appeals to those looking for a boisterous, adult-oriented twist on traditional theater.
