Drunk Shakespeare - A Drunk Christmas Carol

Drunk Shakespeare brings its unique theatrical experiment to Washington, DC with "A Drunk Christmas Carol." This performance features five professional actors, one of whom has had at least five shots of whiskey before taking the stage. Expect a loose, unpredictable, and often hilarious take on Dickens' classic, as the intoxicated actor attempts to lead the show through its paces. This specific run at Sage Theatre on Thursday, November 12, offers a festive, irreverent night out for anyone looking for a different kind of holiday show. It's an intimate, interactive experience that appeals to theatergoers and comedy fans who appreciate improvisation and a bit of chaos with their classic literature.
