Drunk Shakespeare - A Drunk Christmas Carol

Get ready for a unique holiday theater experience with Drunk Shakespeare's A Drunk Christmas Carol. This isn't your typical solemn adaptation; the show features one of five classically trained actors downing five shots of whiskey before attempting to perform a lead role in the Dickens classic. Expect a lively, unpredictable, and often hilarious take on Scrooge's festive journey, blending traditional text with spontaneous, inebriated antics. This special holiday run of A Drunk Christmas Carol plays out on Saturday, December 19, 2026, at The Rose Theatre in Phoenix. The intimate setting of The Rose Theatre is well-suited for this interactive style of performance, making it a good fit for anyone looking for a fun, irreverent night out that reimagines classic literature.
