Dracula

Barter Theatre presents Dracula, a stage adaptation of Bram Stoker's classic novel. This production leans into the Gothic horror elements of the story, focusing on the suspense and psychological tension of the vampire's pursuit. It is a traditional theatrical interpretation, offering a familiar yet engaging take on the legendary character. This matinee performance of Dracula at the Barter Theatre's Gilliam Stage in Abingdon, VA, offers an opportunity to see a well-established play in a classic regional theater setting. It is a good choice for those who appreciate classic literature translated to the stage and enjoy a more dramatic, less effects-driven approach to horror.
