    About

Dermot Kennedy comes to San Diego for a headline show. Known for his emotive vocal style and blend of folk-influenced pop, Kennedy performs songs from his catalog, which often explore themes of love, loss, and hope. Fans familiar with his recent work, like tracks from Sonder, can expect a set that balances introspection with powerful delivery. This Thursday, October 22, 2026, the Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre at SDSU offers an outdoor setting for the Dermot Kennedy concert. It's a good fit for those who appreciate contemporary songwriting and a more intimate yet energetic live performance.
