Conversational Lube - Comedy Dating Show (21+ Event)

Conversational Lube is a live comedy dating show where local singles go through a series of playful, sometimes awkward, conversations on stage. It's a blend of improv and real-life dating dynamics, with comedians guiding the interactions and offering commentary. Each show features new contestants, so the outcome is always unscripted. This particular installment of Conversational Lube takes place on Friday, December 18, 2026, at McMenamins Al's Den in Portland. Al's Den is known for its intimate, underground club atmosphere, making it a good fit for this kind of interactive and slightly voyeuristic comedy experience. It tends to draw a crowd looking for something a bit different than a traditional stand-up show.
