Colorado Symphony Orchestra - Tchaikovsky Symphony No. 5 & Saint-Saëns Violin Concerto No. 3

The Colorado Symphony Orchestra presents an evening of prominent Romantic-era works with Tchaikovsky Symphony No. 5 & Saint-Saëns Violin Concerto No. 3. This program highlights two composers known for their dramatic flair and rich orchestration. Listeners can expect to hear Tchaikovsky's exploration of fate and triumph, alongside Saint-Saëns's lyrical and virtuosic violin writing. This performance takes place on Saturday, February 13, 2027, at Boettcher Hall in Denver. The symphonic setting of Boettcher Hall is well-suited for these large-scale classical pieces. It's a good option for those interested in established orchestral repertoire played by a resident ensemble.
