About Charles Dickens - A Christmas Carol: A Ghost Story at Rubicon Theatre Company

This December, Rubicon Theatre Company presents A Christmas Carol: A Ghost Story. This adaptation of the classic Charles Dickens tale focuses on the spectral elements of the narrative, offering a slightly different lens on Scrooge's transformation. It is a theatrical production that aims for a more atmospheric and perhaps darker interpretation than some other versions. The show runs on Wednesday, December 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Rubicon Theatre Company in Ventura, CA. This matinee performance could appeal to those looking for a festive but thoughtful afternoon of live theater, particularly fans of classic literature or gothic storytelling.
