Candlelight - The Soundtrack of the 60s

Candlelight – The Soundtrack of the 60s offers an evening of classical interpretations of popular songs from that decade. A string quartet will perform arrangements of well-known tracks, re-imagining them in a new acoustic setting. This presentation focuses on the melodic and harmonic structures of the originals. The performance takes place on Saturday, February 13, 2027, at Samuelson Chapel in Thousand Oaks. The venue provides a resonant space suitable for this kind of intimate, instrumental concert. It's a good option for those interested in classical music and fans of 60s pop looking for a different perspective on familiar tunes.
