Buena Vista Social Club

The Buena Vista Social Club, or more accurately The Music of Buena Vista Social Club, brings a live performance rooted in the classic Cuban sounds that gained worldwide acclaim. This show features artists who have either toured with the original ensemble or are direct musical heirs, keeping the tradition of son, bolero, and guajira alive. It's a chance to hear these enduring rhythms and melodies played with genuine feel. This concert is on Sunday, January 17, 2027, at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in Appleton, WI. Thrivent Hall is a theater setting, which typically means a seated and focused listening experience. It should appeal to those who appreciate traditional world music, Latin American cultural heritage, and a sophisticated, vibrant live performance.
