Bahamas

Bahamas, the stage name for Afie Jurvanen, brings his distinctive blend of chill indie rock and soulful folk to Revolution Hall. Known for his understated guitar work and smooth, often wry, vocals, Bahamas has a knack for crafting songs that are both laid-back and deeply engaging. This show follows his recent work exploring more groove-oriented sounds, offering a chance to hear how these new directions translate live alongside his catalog of fan favorites. This Wednesday night concert at Revolution Hall in Portland offers a seated experience, well-suited to Bahamas' intimate sound. It's a good fit for anyone looking for a relaxed evening of well-crafted music, from long-time fans to those discovering his thoughtful songwriting for the first time.
