Avenue Q

Avenue Q in London offers a chance to see the musical comedy that blends puppets and people. The show is known for its witty songs and satirical look at post-college life, touching on themes of racism, pornography, and finding purpose. It’s a smart, adult take on the puppet format, often compared to a raunchier Sesame Street. This Saturday matinee on October 24, 2026, at the Shaftesbury Theatre is a good option for those looking for a lively afternoon show in the West End. It's a comfortable setting for a musical, and the production tends to attract an audience appreciative of clever humor and catchy tunes.
