Alvin Ailey Dance Theater

Alvin Ailey Dance Theater returns to New York City Center, bringing their blend of modern dance, African-American cultural expression, and technical mastery. This performance will likely feature a mix of repertoire pieces, including Ailey classics like "Revelations" and possibly new works or company premieres that showcase their diverse choreographic range and dynamic performers. This Sunday matinee on December 6, 2026, at the New York City Center in New York, NY, offers an opportunity to see one of the world's most celebrated dance companies in their traditional home. It's a powerful experience for anyone interested in contemporary dance, cultural storytelling, or simply an afternoon of compelling live performance.
