About A Drunk Christmas Carol at The Lion Theatre

The Lion Theatre presents a unique take on a holiday classic with "A Drunk Christmas Carol." This theatrical event reimagines the familiar tale of Scrooge and the spirits, adding an improvisational, boozy twist. Expect a loose, unscripted performance where the cast enjoys a few drinks, leading to unpredictable dialogue and unexpected turns in the narrative. This particular showing takes place on Friday, January 1, 2027, at The Lion Theatre in Chicago. It's a late-season opportunity to catch a more adult, comedic, and slightly chaotic version of the beloved story. Fans of improv, sketch comedy, and unconventional theater will likely enjoy the relaxed, anything-can-happen atmosphere.
