A Drunk Christmas Carol

A Drunk Christmas Carol" offers a unique take on the classic Dickens story. This production features professional actors who perform scenes from the beloved tale, but with a twist: one actor is heavily intoxicated. The unpredictable nature of the drunken performer's improvisation and interaction with their sober cast mates creates a fresh, comedic interpretation that's different every night. This performance takes place on Sunday, December 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM at The Lion Theatre in Chicago. The intimate setting of The Lion Theatre is well-suited for this kind of interactive, character-driven comedy. It's a good pick for anyone looking for a holiday show with a sense of humor and a bit of theatrical mischief.
