About A Drunk Christmas Carol at The Lion Theatre

A Drunk Christmas Carol offers a raucous, improvised take on the holiday classic. This isn't your typical Scrooge story; expect a rotating cast of performers who are genuinely tipsy, leading to unpredictable dialogue, forgotten lines, and plenty of audience interaction. It's a comedic, loose interpretation designed for laughs rather than reverence. This late-night performance at The Lion Theatre in Chicago on Saturday, December 5, 2026, sets a festive, adult-oriented tone. The intimate setting of a black box theatre is well-suited for this kind of interactive, slightly chaotic show. It's ideal for anyone looking for a less traditional, more irreverent way to celebrate the holiday season.
