About A Drunk Christmas Carol at The Lion Theatre

A Drunk Christmas Carol offers a spirited, improvisational take on the classic holiday story. This isn't your traditional Scrooge; the cast performs the Dickens tale while some members are genuinely inebriated, leading to unpredictable dialogue, missed cues, and plenty of unexpected comedy. It's a unique theatrical experience that plays on the chaos of live performance. This special engagement runs on Friday, December 4, in Chicago at The Lion Theatre. The intimate setting of the venue lends itself well to the show's interactive and spontaneous nature. It's a great option for anyone looking for a relaxed, humorous night out that reimagines a familiar narrative with a decidedly adult, comedic twist.
