About A Drunk Christmas Carol at The Lion Theatre

The Lion Theatre presents A Drunk Christmas Carol, a unique take on a holiday classic. This performance leans into the comedic potential of the familiar story, with actors improvising and adapting as they navigate the narrative, often with some alcohol involved. It's a different way to experience Dickens, focusing on lighthearted fun and unexpected turns rather than a traditional dramatic presentation. This show plays at The Lion Theatre in Chicago on Friday, November 20, 2026. The venue is known for its intimate setting, which suits this interactive and sometimes unpredictable style of theater well. It's a good fit for anyone looking for a relaxed evening out, especially those who enjoy improv, comedy, or a fresh perspective on holiday traditions.
